Season 3 : Episode ONE: MMIP Awareness : Morning Star Gali

May 4-8 are National days of awareness for Missing and Murdered People in America. A crisis that has in many ways continued ongoing violence towards American Indians since contact.

America's Native population makes up 2% of the population but experiences 40% of the missing and murdered peoples cases.

Join Michelle Magdalena in an informative interview with Indigenous Justice Director Morning Star Gali who I met at the Monterey MMIP Training Conference organized by Supporting Indigenous Communities Group in Monterey California.
